She was predeceased by: her parents, Orland Stanley and Lola Stanley (Winters); her son Roger DeLong; and her brother Shermon Stanley. She is survived by: her husband George DeLong; her children, Kathy and Marc DeLong; and her grandchildren, Tiara DeLong, Marquis DeLong, Sadie DeLong Miller, Angie Compton (Duane) and Curtis DeLong. She is also survived by great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Marlene epitomized the virtues of faith, hope, and charity in her daily life, always looking out for others before herself.
