He is survived by: his parents, Jack Bell and Ruth Bell (Tuldetske); his wife Tonya Tupper; his children, Tyler Bell (Sierra), Ariah Kolberg (Ethan) and Trey Caswell; his grandchildren, Eleanor, Layne, Rosalie and Lincoln; his siblings, Todd Bell and Cathy Barr; his mother-in-law Geraldine Tupper; his siblings-in-law, Michelle Buckmaster, Scott and Tim Tupper; and his pet Roscoe.
