She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Bice (Judy) and Opal Dodgins (Bill); her son Tim Mayhew; and her brothers, Chris Dodgins and Chuck Bice.

She is survived by: her children, Carrie Sinclair (Dan), Jessica Walter (David Keeler), Lisa Walter, Shannon Lord and David Mayhew (John Salter); her daughter-in-law Britt Velasquez-Mayhew; her grandchildren, Cyress (Cassaundra), Thaman (Sara), Alexis, Desiree (Jimmy), Donovan, Dyllan, Destiny, Dominic, Alyssa (Melvin), Izaiah (Taleia), Jayden, Sariah, Raeona, Alexzandria, Jamir, Conner and Haley; and her sisters, Lee, Lisa, Rose and Cyndi Bice (Trace). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
