He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Summers and Maurine Summers (Grosjean); his former wife Rosemary Summers (Kutchey); his wife Lois Stevens Summers; his sister Jean Chadwick; and his son-in-law Timothy Cote.
He is survived by: his nephew Chris; his children, Mark Summers (Jolene), Michele Woods (Derrell), Stephanie Cote' and Darr Summers; his grandchildren, Megan Cote', Katelyn Moore (Eli), Madison Cote', Danielle Summers, Lindsay Summers, Emily Summers, John Summers II, Brittany Woods, Sam Woods, Levi Summers, Nathan Summers and Jayla Woods; and his great grandchild Odessa Moore.
Memorial contributions in Jack's name may be given to St. David's Episcopal Church.
