He is survived by: his parents, James Moore and Dora Spade; his siblings, Allen Spade (Kelly) and Jamie Spade; his nieces and nephews, Kali Spade, Adalynn Spade, Presley Spade, Brady Spade and Carter Lynn-Ellis Spade; and his grandparents, David Spade and Judy Babcock. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
