It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jeffery Wilbourn of Lansing, Michigan, born in Detroit, Michigan, who passed away on July 28, 2023, at the age of 64, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Ruffin Wilbourn and Wilma Wilbourn; his granddaughter Re'ayah; and his brothers, Robert Wilbourn and Kenneth Wilbourn.
He is survived by: his wife Estelle Wilbourn; his children, Corey Jamerson and Cora Wilbourn (Lena Marie Wilbourn); his stepchildren, Estelle, Marquita Palm, Ruthie Payno-Simmons, Albert Payno and Hattie Rutledge; his grandchildren, Uriel and Aliyah; his siblings, Anthony Ruffin Wilbourn, Linda Wilbourn, LaTonia Wilbourn and Lisa Goodwin (Anthony); and his sisters-in-law, Rosetta Palm, Lisa Goodwin (Anthony), LaTonia Wilbourn, Linda Wilbourn and Rebecca Palm-Craig.
