He is survived by: his son Edward; his siblings, Brian of Charlotte and Amy Polk (Joseph) of Grand Rapids; his nephew Hunter Polk (Hailey) of Grand Rapids; and his cousin Dale Williams (Candace Phillips) of Paragould, AR. He is also survived by many cousins, and many friends.
