He is survived by: his wife Karin Dollahan; his daughters, Rebecca Dollahan (Matt Christie), Sarah Dollahan, Rachel Dollahan and Katherine Willson (Herbert Gamble IV); and his sisters, Patricia Merrill (Doug), Jill Avalos (Fernando), Sally Johnston (Chuck) and Molly Dollahan-Gortsema (Scott Gortsema). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
