She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald Foster and Ruth Foster. She is survived by: her siblings, Gloria and Steven; her sister-in-law Brenda; her nieces, Michelle, Alicia (Jason), Amy (Charlie) and Kristin (Tim); her nephew Thomas; and her great-nieces, Alanna and Adelyn.
In lieu of flowers, Cindy asked for donations to be made in her memory to the City Rescue Mission of Lansing.
