He was predeceased by: his mother Denise; and his grandparents, Joe and Marianna. He is survived by: his children, Jake (Shay), Arianna and Haley (Ivan); his grandchildren, Aylah and Zoee; his uncle Joe; his sister Punky (Paul); his niece Amelia Cortez (Joey); and his great-niece Rio. He is also survived by many cousins and dear friends.
