He was predeceased by: his parents, William Devine and Eva Devine (Kellenberger); his grandparents, Arthur, Isabelle Devine, Marjorie and Ray Kellenberger; and his half-brother Bruce Lobdell.
He is survived by: his sister Tammy Raiford (Bob); and his half-brother Dan Lobdell. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins.
