We are sad to announce that on August 31, 2023, at the age of 92, Annie Louise Phillips of Lansing, Michigan, born in Franklin, Michigan passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Leler Elise Wells and Johnnie Jones; her brothers, Homer Jones and John Taliaferro; and her grandchildren, Theresa Denise Simmons and Terrence R. Simmons.
She is survived by: her children, Pearlie Geiger of Lansing and Johnny Phillips (Delores) of Lindale, Texas; her sister Susia Forbush of Lansing, Michigan; and her grandchildren, Tia Cunningham (Miguel), Georgia, Trina Austin-Morrison of Lansing and Brinn Phillips of Detroit, Michigan. She is also survived by nine great-grandchildren, and 18 great-great-grandchildren, many nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
