She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Decker and Mina Decker; her husband Dennis Houghton; her children-in-law, Dennis Shurlow, Joseph White, Evonne Houghton and Karen Houghton; and her grandchildren, Denyse Willoughby and Keith Shurlow.
She is survived by: her children, Steve Houghton (Lorrain), Marsha Shurlow, Richard Houghton, Karen Teeter (Denis), Susan Rasmussen (David) and Julie Houghton. She is also survived by 18 grandchildren; 23 great-grandchildren; 7 great-great-grandchildren.
