She was predeceased by: her parents, William H. Monroe and Ruth Monroe (Stevens); her husband George W. Cannon; her son-in-law Henry "Hank" Covey; and her siblings, Kathryn Spencer, Doris Dalrymple, Lillian Cady, Opal Reed, Coralyn VanWormer, Addison, Elson and Clell Monroe.
She is survived by: her children, Diane Covey of Lakeview, Rosa Waite (Bob) of Lakeview and Dan Cannon (Angie) of Rockford; her grandchildren, Sarah Cannon (Nick), Kyle Cannon (Eduardo Aceves), Cameron Cannon (Emily), Lindy Waite and Jacoby Waite (Madelyn); her great grandchildren, Calvin, Emmett Cannon, Kaelyn Waite, Averi Bailey and Graycin Waite; her siblings, Clifford Monroe and Geraldine "Gerry" Leslie (Bob); and her siblings-in-law, Althea Hillis and Senyor Cannon. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
