He is survived by: his wife Marcia Ann Merlington; his son Shane Kevin Ward (Thresa); his son-in-law Steven Wright; his grandchildren, Mandi Kruithoff (Anthony) and Micheal Wright (Samantha); his stepgrandchildren, Jennifer Ladanyi and Stephen Ladanyi (Andrea); his great grandchildren, Madison Kruithoff, Kaleb Kruithoff and Kinsleigh Wright; and his stepgreat-grandchildren, Ayvah, Hayden, Aliyah and Addilynn Ladanyi.
