He was predeceased by: his parents, Rev. Carl and Dina Brost (Hins); his grandson Douglas; his brother Harold Brost (Libby); his wife Estell Brost; and his son Douglas Brost.
He is survived by: his children, Regina Wells (Stephen) and Valorie Warnes (Ronald); his grandson Andrew Brost; his child Deidre Gardner (Steven); his stepchild Kim Christie (Roger); his son Gregory Cherny (Amanda); and the mother of his children Bettina Hotelling (Neal). He is also survived by 2 children; 3 grandchildren.
