He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Kimball and Juanita Kimball; his son Dwayne Bailey; and his siblings, Kenneth, James and Brenda.
He is survived by: his wife Bessie; his children, Steven Kimball, Connie Waller (Rusty), Ronnie Bailey (Barb), Charlotte Scholl (Greg), John Bailey (Mary) and Nelson Bailey (Pam); and his sister Letha Elliott. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
