He is survived by: his children, Rhonda Miller-Carr, Beverly Evans, Shelly Bruner (Mike) and James Phillips (Brenda); his grandchildren, Erik (Stephanie) and Cari Miller; his wife Bonnie Miller; his grandchildren, Daniel "Willy", Rebecca Duncan, Kylie Bruner, Amber Wolfe (Doug) and Jared Phillips (Jamie); and his siblings, Sammy (Sheri), Larry, Terry Miller, Sue and Debbie Allen. He is also survived by several great-grandchildren.
