She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Leo Douglas and Leona Violet Marcou (Hemstreet); her children, Jon Michael West of Grayling, MI, Leo Alston West of Chiefland, FL and Kim L. Wingard of Saugatuck, MI; her brother Richard Marcou (Helen) of Lake, MI.; her husband Alston H. West, Jr.; and her son Paul Stephan West. She was also cherished by 6 grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren.
