He is survived by: his wife Margaret Ellen Chaffee; his sons, Michael Chaffee, Matthew Chaffee (Melanie) and Christopher Chaffee (Kallee); and his grandchildren, Lucas, Leni, Josh, Carter, Oaklee, Maison and Elleri. He is also survived by his family and friends.
