He was predeceased by: his parents, Max Waite and Florence Waite. He is survived by: his wife Dianna Waite; and his siblings, Douglas Waite (late Gail), Carol Ann Simmons (late Tom) and Sharon Preston (Dave). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
