He was predeceased by: his wife Doris Collins; his daughter Deborah Persha; and his siblings, Patricia Ann and Glen Collins (late Angie). He is survived by: his daughter Jo Schipper; his grandchildren, Krista Garner (Brad) and James Schipper (Michelle); his great grandchildren, Jacob, Jason, Isabella and Kaila; and his siblings, Nancy Titus (Vern), Joan Carless (John), Gary Collins (Sharon) and Gene Collins (Judy). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
