He is survived by: his wife Jennifer Kelley (Spratt); his children, Rick Kelley, Jessica Baggs (Marcus), Natasha Marchant, Gemma Marchant, Sean Kelley and Aidan Kelley; his grandchildren, Nevaeha, Nylah, Bryson, Idahila and Iliyah; his parents-in-law, Patrice Girard (late Arthur Feinberg) and Carol Spratt (late Richard); his brother Chuck Kelley (Sylvia); his sisters-in-law, Caroline Myers (Mark) and Sarah Spratt (Asha Fuller); and his nieces and nephews, Dylan, Daltan and Rowan. He is also survived by many other nieces and nephews.
