She was predeceased by: her husband Richard; her father Gordon Futrell; and her uncle Ted Pierce. She is survived by: her sons, Vincent and Matthew Martocci; her mother Rosemary Futrell Ballard (late Lee); her siblings, Steven Futrell (Paige) and Christine Moore (Reggie); her nieces and nephews, Kelsey, Andrew, Nicholas, Grace, Caylie (Kaitlyn) and DJ; her aunts and uncles, Shirley Nellis (Bob), Ann Beardslee (Terry) and Jeanne Bappert (Jim); and also Blakley. She is also survived by many cousins and dear friends.
