She was predeceased by: her parents, Wesley Wilkins and Marilyn Wilkins (Titmarsh); and her husband Larry Howe. She is survived by: her sons, Don and Troy Elliston; her grandchildren, Shanell Mateer (Kevin), Casey Maker, Whitney Elliston, Troy Elliston and Don Elliston Jr.; and her siblings, Rod Wilkins, Terry Wilkins and Cindy Whelpley (Jim).
