Holly (Jim); his grandchildren, Lierin Falzoni (Marco), Kellan Holly and Michael Saravia; his sister-in-law Margot Bailey; his nephews, Kevin Durkee (Amaya) and Kyle Durkee (Heather); his niece Barb Clement (Tom); his close friends, Wes (Connie), Jonathan Meyers (Karla), Nathan Skirvin (Ting), Morgan Frye (Josh), Dave Stewart (Arlinda), Rachel, Bo (Sarah), Blake, Ellie Cobb and R's; and his caregivers, Ella, Molly, Kim, Karis, Kristina and Chaplin Mike.
