She was predeceased by: her parents, Freddie Allen and Lucille Allen; and her siblings, Donna Olds, Bill Allen and Hazel Mae.
She is survived by: her daughter Debbie McDonald; her son-in-law Tim Saffles; her son Joe McDonald (Aretha Ray-Kimbro); her grandchildren, Kacey Gillespie (Corey), Hugh Klavon and Joseph McDonald; her great grandchildren, Evan, Riley and Chloe Gillespie; her brother Gary Allen; and her stepchildren, Val, Stewart, Ted, Lisa, Nellie and Fannie Howard. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, paying it forward with acts of kindness, and contributions to St. Luke's Clinic in Jackson would be appreciated.
