He is survived by: his parents, Clarence Bailey (Mickey) and Beth Bailey (Lippincott); his daughters, Betty Jo Bailey and Yvonne Melissa Bailey; his wife Wilma; his children, Chad and Lawanda; and his grandchildren, Brandin Linscott, Breanna Palmar (James Palmer), Jonathan Figel, Claire Figel, James Bailey, Shawn Bailey and Marilyn Bailey.
