He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Weaver and Mamie Weaver; his wife Helen Louise Tinkey; his son Harold George Weaver II; and his siblings, Anita, Robert, Raymond and Darla.

He is survived by: his family, Theresa Hopkins (Steve), Pearl Butler (Jim) and Sam Weaver (Cindy); his brother Vernon Weaver; and his in-laws, Dee Weaver and Pam Weaver. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
