He was predeceased by: his siblings, Margaret Mary, Jack, Jim and Pat; his daughter Jeanne Lynn Hall; and his father Clark Willis Hall Sr..

He is survived by: his wife Joyce Elizabeth Hall (Stewart); his children, Kathleen (Hall), Gariepy (Frank), Cheryl Hall Lindsay (David), Mark Hall (Jodi), Tom Hall (Stacie) and Jim Hall (Kristin); his grandchildren, Brian (Amy), Michael (Sharayah), Andrew (Rachel), Christopher Gariepy, Alex, Clark Lindsay, Jacob, Matthew (Hayley), Patrick Hall, Kyle, Casey, Bobbie Hall, Bobby (Tori) and Laurel Hall; and his brother Robert C. Hall. He is also survived by six great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
