He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Scofield and Lulu Scofield; his brother Robert Charles Scofield; his aunts, Menerva and Rachel; and his parents-in-law, Elden, Marilee Jackson, Betty Jackson, John Jackson, Julie Maurer and Leroy Thomas.
He is survived by: his wife Kathie (Jackson); his children, Jennifer L. Stahl (Brian), Erica Jo Nyman (Josh), April Jo Ackerman (Jason) and Charles Scofield (Jebree); his grandchildren, Cole, Caden, Jace, Jaxon, Mackenzie Jo and Telissa; his sister Dorothy Harder (Howard); his nieces, Darla Maday (Mark), Debbie Snider (Carl), Becky Baxter (Matt) and Marsha Fields; and his parents-in-law, Joe Jackson, Carolyn Jackson, Lee Jackson (Carol), Erma Thomas, Claudia Barker (Bill), Paul Jackson (Judy) and Bruce Jackson. He is also survived by 5 great nieces and nephews.
