She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Longanbach and Lois Longanbach; her husband Harlan "Bud" A. Middaugh Jr.; her children-in-law, Lynn and Eric Morrison; her siblings, Walter (Enid), Wesley (Shirley), John (Pearl) and Lew Shellhaas (Opal); and her great grandchild Cassandra.
She is survived by: her children, Sally, Gary (Barb) and Kate; her grandsons, Josh (Rebekah) and Brent; and her great grandchildren, Sophia, Emmy, Mathew, Gabrielle and Hannah.
