He is survived by: his wife Joan Hamer; his son Shannon Knapp (Tamela); his stepchildren, Steven Beckwith (Karol), Cindy Bigler (Chuck) and Carol Beckwith (Mike Dontje); his grandchildren, Martin, Lorelei, Levi and Wyatt; and his sister Bonnie Weatherwax (Art).
