He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene "Julio" Moore and Mary Ann Moore (Horak); his parents-in-law, James Moore and Faye Herrick; his brother Raymond Moore; his siblings-in-law, Dan VanFleet, Jerry Moore, Ron Hall, Kaye Moore, Beatrice Moore and Sharon Kaminski; and his friends, Gary Standifer and Ted Carpenter.
He is survived by: his wife Sandra (Moore); his children, Shane Moore, Abigail Evans (Steve), Sarah Dukes (Brandon) and Matthew Moore; his siblings, Rene Moore (Ann), Robbin Zeitz (Ted) and Roxanne Moore; his siblings-in-law, James Moore, Sheila Hall, Susan Shehan, Sherry Jahn (Rick) and Lea Wood (Joe); and his grandchildren, Riley, Eli, Amia and Mariana Dukes. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
