He is survived by: his wife Julianne Paris; his stepchildren, Tabatha Bohlmann (John), La Croix, Wisc and Tara Green (Ricky); his mother-in-law Annette Doerr (Mich); his great buddies, Eddie and Tim; his pet Ford; and also, Rob and Kathy.
