She was predeceased by: her parents, Roland VanGinkle and Leona VanGinkle of Niagara, WI.; her daughter Marchia DelForge; her granddaughter Stephanie; her great grandchild Salem; and her siblings, Doreen Phillips and Dale VanGinkel.
She is survived by: her husband Thomas W. Calkins of Aurora, WI.; her children, Roland Calkins (Marie) of Aurora, WI, Merlin Calkins (Julia) of Kingsford, Loren Calkins (Lenore) of Keizer, OR, Norman Calkins (late Kathy) of Kingsford and Raylene McDonald (late Patrick) of Hobart, WI; her grandchildren, Tracie, Travis, Arminda, R. Evan, Celeste, Zachary, Abigail, Hannah, Jessica, Ashley, Mark, Matthew and Bradley; and her siblings, Phyllis Treiber, Marion McCormik, Jeanette Steckle and Earl VanGinkle. She is also survived by 21 great-grandchildren.
She passed peacefully with family by her side after living with Alzheimer's disease for several years.
