He is survived by: his son Craig Burkman (Karen); his granddaughter Ashley Burkman (Josh Wetsel); his great grandchild Chloe Wetsel; his brother Vernon Burkman; and his siblings-in-law, John Carlson (Karyn), Evelyn Burkman, Janice Martinson and Kathy Carlson. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
