She was predeceased by: her mother Dorothy June Ware. She is survived by: her husband Lee Lewandowski; her children, Nicholas Ware (Shana), James Ware (Amara), Jennifer Daniel (Jason) and Crystal Fanion; her grandchildren, Adriana, Adam, Kayla, Aubree, Carissa, Caylee, Alayna, Carleigh and Gracie; her father Daniel Charles Ware (Ann); and her siblings, Vickie, Dan, Jim, Kathy, Patty, Robert and Michelle. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
