He was predeceased by: his parents, Ricardo Garcia and Delia Garcia; and his siblings, Meme and Ramiro. He is survived by: his wife Blanca Garcia; his children, Julie, Eileen, Andrea, Christina, Ricky, Rachel, Becky, Linda, Rosalva and Raul Jr.; and his siblings, Reynaldo, Rene, Gloria and Elva. He is also survived by family members and friends.
