Nancy Ellen Johnson-Stream Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Nancy Ellen Johnson-Stream of Kent City, Michigan, who passed away on July 15, 2020 at the age of 68. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Bernard Johnson and Geraldine Johnson (Boettner); her brother Wayne Johnson; and her sisters-in-law, Patricia Weaver and Nora Stream.
She is survived by: her husband Dale Stream; her children, Todd Vander Molen (Heather) and Linnea Freriks (Jon); her grandchildren, Chase Freriks, Lucas Freriks, Kira Vander Molen, Kase Vander Molen and Kendal Vander Molen; her siblings, Noel Johnson and Michael Johnson; and her parents-in-law, Sue Proctor (Art), Cheryl Davis (Dale), Duane Stream (April) and Gary Stream. She is also survived by her aunts and uncles; and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Memorial donations may be given to the ALS Association.
