He was predeceased by: his parents, J. Fay Jenkins and Gladys Jenkins (Inman); his wife Margie Ellen Jenkins; his siblings, Larry Jenkins and Bonnie Hall; and his grandson Zachary Douglas Jenkins.
He is survived by: his children, Cynthia Arsnoe (Terry), Shane Jenkins and Julie Park (Scott); his siblings, Bruce Jenkins (Joann), Lynn Jenkins (Sue) and Sherry Parker (Chuck); and his grandchildren, Ryan Arsnoe (Shelly), Angela Gaylord (Joe), Troy Jenkins (Ann), Adam Jenkins (Samantha) and Nicholas Arsnoe (Lindsay). He is also survived by fourteen great-grandchildren and 4 great-great-grandchildren and several nephews and nieces.
