He was predeceased by: his father William Berkshire. He is survived by: his wife Darlene Berkshire (Nessett); and his children, Daniel Berkshire (Diane), Diane Berkshire, Donna Gordon (Jay), Debbie Berkshire and Doug Berkshire II. He is also survived by many grandchildren, and great grandchildren.
