He is survived by: his wife Merline; his daughter Tina Jones; his siblings, Vernon Brumm of Battle Creek and Ingrid Simpson of Ypsilanti; and his stepchildren, Bonnie Kanouse and William Warner. He is also survived by several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
