She was predeceased by: her parents, Eloise Sjerven (Morgan) and Marquise Heath; her stepparents, Bennie Sjerven and Jane Heath (Carl); her granddaughter Heather Campbell; her great grandchildren, Renee Lee and Myah Breed; and her sister Ardis Trew.
She is survived by: her husband Carl A Hawks; her children, Theresa Neihardt of Owosso, MI, Tony Hawks of Flint, MI, Cindy Campbell (Dave), Brad (Belinda) of Fenton, MI, Dennis Hawks, Anita Thomas (Glenn) of Genesee, MI and Sheila Hawks of Burton, MI.; and her brother Milton Heath (Dorothy) of Mt. Morris, MI.. She is also survived by Many grandchildren and great-grandchildren and a few great-great-grandchildren.
