Age 70, passed away Thursday night, August 9, 2024. Steve was born in Kalamazoo on May 24, 1954, the son of Harold Delmar and Betty Ann (Huyser) Stowell Sr. Steve enjoyed music. He was also an avid fisherman and liked auto and motorcycle racing. He was a free-spirit and lived life on his own terms. Steve is survived by his siblings, Harold (Pamela) Stowell of Kalamazoo, Teri-ann (John) Steward of Locust, NC, Ronald Stowell of Kalamazoo, Tracy Dial of Portage; several nieces and nephews; and many friends. Steve was preceded in death by his parents.
