He was predeceased by: his parents, William Rajkovich and Oletta Rajkovich; and his sister Nancy Johnson. He is survived by: his children, Stephen Rajkovich, Matthew Rajkovich (Stephanie Harris) and Anne Rajkovich (William Schippers); and his sister Mary Jane Nohren (Stephen). He is also survived by several nieces & nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family has asked friends to donate to one of the four charities in Dick's honor.
