He is survived by: his children, Kenzie Maki-Mielke and Lukas Mielke; his mother Sue Clark (Chris); his siblings, Sandi Toole (Andy), Shelly Mielke and Stuart Clark (Harper); and his stepmother Renee Mielke (Paul). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and a multitude of friends.
