She was predeceased by: her parents, Andrew Truax and Winnifred Truax (Mentor); her husband David Wolthuis; her sons, Timothy and Kenneth; and her siblings, Larry Truax and Cynthia Peacock.

She is survived by: her children, Phil Wolthuis (Kathy) of Kalamazoo, Mike Wolthuis (Jill) of Martin, Felicia Rawls (David) of Florida, David Wolthuis of Kalamazoo and Krystina Wolthuis of Parchment; her daughter-in-law Sue Wolthuis of Wayland; and her siblings, Andrea Heighton and Andrew Truax. She is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
