It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Norwin Steigenga of Jenison, Michigan, born in Grand Rapids, Michigan, who passed away on May 19, 2022, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his former wife Lorraine (Kooienga); his wife Lois (Piersma); his son Steve Steigenga; and his siblings-in-law, John Schuitema, Jeanne Weiss, Grace, Joel Lowe, Robert Struik and William VanderKodde.
He is survived by: his children, Jack Steigenga, Lynda, Todd Moelker and Kim Steigenga; his stepchildren, Laurie Piersma, Roberta, Jay Schutte, Amy West, Mark and Marcia Piersma; his siblings, MaryLou, Joel Nederhoed, Lorraine Schuitema, John and Judy Steigenga; and his siblings-in-law, Leora VanderKoode, Barbara Struik and Char Struik. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren; 30 great-grandchildren.
