He was predeceased by: his parents, Irene Martinus and Martin Martinus; his parents-in-law, Dick and Hilda Addink; and his siblings, John Steward of Jesus, Marilyn and William Moore (Shirley Martinus).
He is survived by: his wife Harriet Martinus; his children, Jackie (Eric Boss), Karen (Juanito Moore), Rachelle Sal, Jill (Todd Pederson), Rick (Ashley Martinus) and Jim (Alisha Martinus); and his siblings, Mary Steward (Curt DeJongh) of Jesus, Duane (Kathy Addink), Larry (Sharidee Addink), Ken (Barb Addink), Gene (Betty Addink), Alma (Jim DeVries) and Betty (Kevin Moss). He is also survived by 17 grandchildren.
